If you are new to the blog, you may not know that during the last few months (January-February, 2011) I was preparing for a photo shoot. I, along with 24 other fabulous women, will be featured in a fitness book to be published this summer (2011). We will share our personal fitness stories and also before and after photos. The author of the book provided each of us with the opportunity to get professional after shots taken. So, 30 days before my photo shoot, I began the “30 Day Photo Shoot Challenge” in which I basically ramped up my eating and exercising so that I could be as ready as possible.
